When was the last time you looked at your website?

If you have a website, it should be visible and attracting clients. Having a web presence alone is not enough. You could actually be losing clients because of it.

Reviewing websites is something I really like to do. It was part of my role when I freelanced for a wedding venue. Vendors would get in touch asking to be added to our suppliers list. Many didn’t get added, a bad website was nearly always the reason.


Website Review – £99

Here’s what I’m looking at;

  • Design: How it looks and the first impression it gives. Getting the overall feel of the site
  • Functionality: How well the user can navigate and find information
  • Copy: The words you use to convey your message and how consistent they are.
  • Other points: I get into some technical areas, your link structures for example. I also assess if you are using certain elements that could attract more clients and make them convert.

Once I have made my assessment I will write up a detailed report. This will include my appraisal and recommendations.
