When was the last time you looked at your website?

You don’t need a website but if you have one, it should be fit for purpose. Having a web presence alone is not enough. You could be losing clients because of it which is a shame especially if you have something great to offer.

Reviewing websites is something I really like to do. It was part of my role when I freelanced for a wedding venue. Vendors would get in touch asking to be added to our suppliers list. Many didn’t get added, a bad website was nearly always the reason.

Website Review – £99

Here’s what I’m looking at;

  • Design: How it looks and the first impression it gives. Getting the overall feel of the site.
  • Functionality: How well the user can navigate and find information.
  • Copy: The words you use to convey your message.

Once I have made my assessment I will write up a detailed report. This will include my appraisal and recommendations.

But what do I know? Take a look at my blog post on the subject.
